TPMS Programming Tool

Introducing the CGSULIT TPMS90, a state-of-the-art diagnostic and service tool designed to be an indispensable partner for every modern tire service and auto repair shop. This device allows you to fully master the world of Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS)—from diagnostics and programming to the final initialization of sensors.

With wide language support and free lifetime updates, the TPMS90 is an investment that will pay for itself many times over.

Key Features and Benefits

  • Complete TPMS Management: Activate, decode, and read data from nearly all universal TPMS sensors on the market.

  • CGSULIT Sensor Programming: The device is optimized for programming CGSULIT TS01 sensors, which are the ideal replacement for original parts.

  • Advanced Diagnostics: Perform a complete diagnosis of the vehicle’s TPMS system. Easily read and clear error codes, turn off the warning light, and quickly identify a faulty sensor.

  • Free lifetime updates: Get access to the latest vehicles and features with free updates via Wi-Fi or USB. Support for the latest communication protocols, including CAN FD.

  • User-friendly procedures: The device guides you step-by-step through all necessary tasks, including detailed on-screen instructions for initializing (re-learning) sensors.

  • Remote control testing: As a bonus feature, the device also offers functionality testing for vehicle keys (Key FOB).

Flexible sensor programming methods

The TPMS90 gives you a choice of four proven programming methods so you can work effectively with any vehicle.

  1. Copying via OBD-II: Reading the original sensor ID directly from the vehicle’s control unit and then uploading it to a new TS01 sensor.

  2. Activation copying: Activating the original sensor and copying its ID to the new one.

  3. Manual creation: Manually entering a known ID into the new sensor.

  4. Automatic creation: Quickly generating 1 to 16 new, unique IDs for the sensors.

Simple initialization (re-learning)

After successful programming, the vehicle must recognize the new sensors. The TPMS90 will always recommend and display the correct procedure for the given model.

  • Automatic initialization: For many vehicles, the process occurs automatically after driving approximately 10 km.

  • Initialization via OBD: Writing new sensor IDs to the control unit directly using the TPMS90 device.

  • Stationary initialization: Switching the vehicle to a special mode (using the TPMS90 or the on-board system) and pairing the sensors.

Support You Can Count On

With every device, you get access to detailed instructions and videos. Thanks to them, anyone can master working with the TPMS system.
